Bottom Line
Samsung’s Galaxy S8 is a beautiful phone with it’s Infinity 5.8-inch QHD AMOLED display and it really is a workhorse in terms of performance thanks to the Snapdragon 835 chipset.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a 2017 smartphone that’s received high marks for its amazing display and overall performance with its Snapdragon 835 chipset, its water and dust resistant design, the included AKG earbuds, its excellent camera quality and its USB-C capabilities. However, some thought that the 64GB of internal memory is slightly limiting, the fingerprint scanner is terribly placed and that the audio quality is average due to their only being one speaker. All-in-all, Samsung have delivered yet another innovative premium phone that is easily one of the most beautiful phones of 2017.

The Samsung Galaxy S8's fast speeds and fantastic curved screen make it a top phone for 2017, but the annoying fingerprint reader could sour your experience.

Apart from the irritating performance of the biometrics and the high price, the Galaxy S8 is a phone that offers an exceptional experience for any user. The large screen is a real turning point in flagship phone design and should usher in the end of large bezels, and the camera and slick performance work brilliantly under the finger. It commands a premium price, but make no mistake: this is a truly premium phone.

Phones have become a little stale. Whether it's an iPhone 7, Huawei P10, Sony Xperia XZ Premium or any other flagship phone, they all look and feel the same. But just when I thought a phone couldn't surprise and delight me any more, the Samsung Galaxy S8 has proved me wrong.
